Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains how Zero Eight Sales LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, and operating as Zero Eight Systems, handles personal information in connection with zeroeightsystems.com, business communications and our business research services. Zero Eight Sales LLC is the controller of personal information collected for these purposes.

1. Contact Information

For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, contact Zero Eight Sales LLC, operating as Zero Eight Systems:

  • Email: contact@zeroeightsystems.com
  • Telephone: +1 (307) 323-3899
  • LinkedIn: Zero Eight Systems

2. Information we handle

  • Website delivery and security: our hosting and security provider may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps and security events to deliver pages and protect the service.
  • Inquiries and services: if you contact us through a website form, email, telephone or LinkedIn, we may handle your name, business contact details, organization, website address, inquiry, correspondence and information you choose to provide about a project.
  • Business communications: we may handle professional contact information, correspondence and records of clicks on tracked links in our outbound business emails.
  • Payments: purchases take place on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe handles payment details. We may receive billing and contact information, payment status and transaction references needed to provide the purchased service and maintain business records. This website does not collect payment-card numbers.

Please provide only information needed for your business inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share.

3. Why we use information

We use relevant information to operate and secure the website, answer inquiries, assess service fit, agree and deliver services, manage payments and records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We do not add an inquiry to a marketing mailing list merely because you contacted us.

We also use business correspondence and email link-click information to manage relevant business outreach and follow-up, subject to applicable marketing and privacy rules. You can object to direct marketing by replying to a message or contacting us using the details above.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the relevant grounds are steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating a secure business, handling business inquiries, managing business relationships and protecting legal rights. Legitimate interests apply only where the law permits and those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where consent is required, including for relevant marketing or tracking activities, consent is the applicable basis and can be withdrawn.

4. Cookies, browser storage and tracking

The website does not embed Apollo visitor tracking, advertising pixels, visitor analytics, session replay or social-media widgets, or use optional tracking storage. Stripe and LinkedIn links take you to those providers' own services when you choose to follow them.

Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Strictly necessary technical measures or security cookies may be used to deliver or protect a requested service; we do not use them for advertising. Where optional cookies or similar technologies require consent, they must remain blocked unless you agree, with an accessible way to decline or withdraw that choice.

Outbound email links: Apollo click tracking is used in our outbound business emails. A tracked link routes a click through Apollo's tracking service before redirecting to its destination, allowing the click event to be recorded in connection with the email. This email-link tracking is separate from the website's own cookies and visitor scripts. See section 7 for your right to object to direct marketing.

5. Providers and other recipients

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, delivery and security, which involve technical request and security information.
  • Email services, including Resend and Google Gmail: recipient addresses, message content and delivery information are processed when business or transactional messages are handled through those services. Resend handles the sending of inquiry notifications and customer confirmations, and Gmail is the designated business notification mailbox.
  • Apollo: business outreach and email click tracking, involving relevant professional contact details, correspondence and link-click records.
  • Stripe: checkout and payment processing, involving the payment and transaction information described above.
  • LinkedIn: communications and activity on LinkedIn when you choose that contact channel.

We share information only as needed for the stated purposes, with authorized service providers, professional advisers where necessary, or where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect legal rights. Providers' roles depend on the service: they may process information on our behalf or act as controllers for purposes described in their own privacy notices.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.

6. Location, retention and security

Zero Eight Sales LLC is a US company. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Protections in those countries may differ from those in your country. A service or email-delivery region does not, by itself, establish that every related processing activity takes place exclusively in that region.

The published Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and Resend Data Processing Addendum describe EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK transfer provisions for transfers covered by those agreements. The applicable arrangement depends on the service, the information and the parties' roles. Other providers describe their transfer arrangements in their privacy information. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your information and how to obtain relevant safeguards.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it is handled. Retention depends on:

  • the inquiry, agreed service, business relationship and reasonable follow-up needs;
  • applicable accounting, tax, legal and other recordkeeping obligations;
  • security, fraud prevention and investigation needs; and
  • the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Form-message handling uses email services rather than a separate website-form database. Relevant records may therefore remain in business mailboxes or provider systems. Providers may retain information for their own legal or operational purposes as described in their terms and privacy notices. These criteria do not create a single retention period for every type of record.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

You may object to direct marketing, including profiling related to that marketing, at any time. Contact us using section 1 or reply to the relevant business email. We will not continue direct marketing to you after a valid objection.

Where applicable US privacy law provides these rights, you may also request information about processing and disclosures, opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and appeal a decision concerning your privacy request. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect legal claims. We may reasonably verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including your local EEA authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.

Providing inquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer or perform a requested service without the necessary contact and project information. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

8. Other websites, children and updates

This site and its services are intended for adult business users, not children. We do not knowingly seek information from children. External services have their own privacy practices: see Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Apollo, Stripe and LinkedIn.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current policy. Material changes to an optional processing purpose do not substitute for consent where consent is required.
